Bitwarden is for free and to support them I decided to upgrade to premium for 10 USD for a year. no application is needed, no icon on menu bar and the extension was just enough with option of autofill. Thanks to their acting video and since they are jealous from Bitwarden, I decided to try their free version and wow. So to use Nordpass on my Mac, I need the extension and application open all time and the bothering Nordpass icon on menu bar… all that so you can use them. They force putting their icon in the menu bar and no way to put it off.

Here is the truth: I tested Nordpass and I was planning to purchase the year. Do you want to tell me that this guy never tested Nordpass before recording this video? It is all paid!! They paid these guys to review their product in an advertising way. However during the video while testing Nordpass, this gentlemen started to discover some great feature for Nordpass and fall in love. The guy is comparing Bitwarden and Nordpass and he is pretending to be using Bitwarden since long. One YouTube video under the title Nordpass review: first honest review. Nordpass are underestimating the intelligence of the people. So I was looking on internet and YouTube. My honest review!!! I was in process of selection a good password manager. So far it is better and I have moved them up a star for that. UPDATE: After several tickets launched, Nord Pass allowed me to join the beta test for the new browser based software - you don't have to have a local app installed. None of our team using the software has a kind word. I sincerely hope the reader of this review will have a better experience but I am trapped in a great deal of frustration with this software. Granted reaching out to support got an immediate response that a fix will be released tomorrow but what kind of confidence does this give you that you made a good choice in a core product.

And now today, the frustrating realization that an update has completely whacked the password autofill. The current solution offered was to delete them and add them back. Utilizing shared folders seems to have effectively stranded our passwords from use on ANY mobile device. Our company has always used a lot of shared folders. While the export of old data into Nord was a breeze, it seems that has created as many problems as inputting passwords from scratch. Having had great experiences with Nord VPN and looking at the product extensively, I thought it was a good move. My company left Lastpass because of all the security breaches.
